The event will take place in the Hall of Fame Club at the home of the Kansas City Royals, started off with a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. followed by the press conference at 1:00 p.m. Each head coach from both the men's and women's programs from all 10 institutions will be present and provide insights on their respective teams for the upcoming campaign.

Fans and family members of HAAC basketball will be able to view the entire press conference via a live webstream. The link for the webcast will be made available prior to the event and will be supported by live twitter and facebook updates by the sports information professionals in attendance. The preseason coaches' polls and media guide will be released prior to the start of the event as well.
